TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF FOREIGN EXCHANGE BUYING AND SELLING OPERATIONS.

Foreign exchange buying and selling of "DOLLAR". These terms and conditions of the foreign exchange buying and selling service (the "Foreign Exchange Buying and Selling Terms and Conditions") are applicable to the use of the service offered by Bytelime S.A.S through the Site. Any User who wishes to access and/or use the Site or the Services may do so subject to the respective General Terms and Conditions, whose clauses are applicable hereto, along with these Foreign Exchange Buying and Selling Terms and Conditions. It is clarified that the buying and selling of "DOLLAR" will be referred to as "foreign exchange transactions" in these terms and conditions, except when specifically individualized. "Site" shall mean the digital platform from which the user is operating, which is accessed by entering the site. By pressing the "accept" option, the User understands that they accept these Foreign Exchange Buying and Selling Terms and Conditions, and that they maintain a direct relationship with Bytelime S.A.S.—an operator registered in the "Registry of Foreign Exchange Operators" of the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic under registration number 20,194. http://www.bcra.gob.ar/SistemasFinancierosYdePagos/Agencias_de_cambio.asp

USER REGISTRATION

In order to access the foreign exchange buying and selling services offered on the Site, it is mandatory to complete the registration form in all its fields with valid data, which holds the character of an affidavit. The User must complete it with their personal information in an exact, precise, and true manner ("Personal Data") and undertakes to update the Personal Data as necessary. The User provides express consent for Bytelime to use various means to identify their personal data, with the User assuming the obligation to review and keep it updated. It is expressly stated that Bytelime is not responsible for the accuracy of the Personal Data provided by the Users of this site. Users guarantee and respond, in any case, for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity, and authenticity of their Personal Data. The User will access their personal account ("Account") by entering their email and generating a chosen personal security password ("Security Password"). The User is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of their Security Password. The Account is personal, unique, and non-transferable. The User will be responsible for all operations carried out on their Account, as access to it is restricted to the entry and use of their Security Password, which is of exclusive knowledge to the User. Bytelime S.A.S. reserves the right to reject any registration request or to cancel a previously accepted registration, without being obliged to communicate or explain the reasons for its decision and without this generating any right to compensation or indemnification.

BUYING AND SELLING

By accepting these Foreign Exchange Buying and Selling Terms and Conditions, the User accepts that the purchase offer is irrevocable, but that it will only be valid once the information has been processed. Likewise, the User accepts that the sale offer will remain valid as long as the User does not exceed the publication deadline; otherwise, the offer could be modified without this generating any right to compensation or indemnification in favor of the User.

COMMISSIONS

Foreign exchange transactions may be subject to commissions, service charges, and/or transaction costs that will be informed to the User prior to the completion of the transaction. By proceeding with the transaction, such commissions and associated costs will be considered accepted by the User.

TAX OBLIGATIONS

Bytelime S.A.S. is not responsible for any tax or foreign exchange obligation accrued by the User, the latter being solely responsible for the timely declaration and payment of the taxes corresponding to their operations.

LIABILITY

The User acknowledges and accepts the existing risk in performing foreign exchange transactions, with Bytelime S.A.S. being a mere technology provider detached from the consequences and results generated by the service provided. Consequently, the User must take the necessary precautions prior to executing this foreign exchange transaction service, its results being the exclusive responsibility of the User. IN NO EVENT SHALL BYTELIME S.A.S. BE LIABLE TO THE USER FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS) SUFFERED BY THE USER AS A RESULT OF HACKING, TAMPERING, VIRUS TRANSMISSION, OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, OR USE OF THE SERVICES, THEIR ACCOUNT, OR ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN, AS WELL AS FOR THE INABILITY TO USE OR LACK OF AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES. THE EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. It is expressly established, and the User accepts, that Bytelime S.A.S. does not provide any type of investment advice in relation to the services provided through the Site. Bytelime S.A.S. may provide information on the purchase and sale price of foreign currencies as well as events that have affected their price, without this being considered under any circumstances as financial or investment advice, and it should not be interpreted as such. Any decision to buy or sell foreign currency is the exclusive decision of the User, and Bytelime S.A.S. will not be liable for any loss suffered as a consequence of that decision.

SITE FAILURES

Bytelime S.A.S. is not responsible for any damage, harm, or loss suffered by a User caused by failures in the Site, system, server, or the Internet. Users may not attribute any liability to Bytelime S.A.S. nor demand compensation due to damages resulting from technical difficulties or failures in the Site, systems, or the Internet (including, without limitation, any temporary inability of the User to access the Site). Bytelime S.A.S. does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to and use of its Site. The system may eventually be unavailable due to technical difficulties or network failures, or due to any other circumstance outside the control of Bytelime S.A.S.; in such cases, efforts will be made to restore it as quickly as possible without any type of liability being attributed to Bytelime S.A.S. or its related or controlled companies.

INDEMNITY

The User shall indemnify and hold harmless Bytelime S.A.S. and its directors, managers, representatives, and employees from any claim or demand from other Users or third parties due to their activities on the Site, or due to their breach of the Foreign Exchange Buying and Selling Terms and Conditions and other policies that are understood to be incorporated hereto, or for the violation of any laws or rights of third parties. Bytelime S.A.S. reserves the right to review these Foreign Exchange Buying and Selling Terms and Conditions at any time, updating and/or modifying this page. The User must review these Terms and Conditions each time they access the Site, as they are mandatory and binding. Any modification hereto will be considered tacitly accepted whenever the User accesses the Site, without the need for express confirmation unless required by Bytelime S.A.S. Likewise, because certain services and contents offered to Users through the Site may contain specific rules that regulate, complement, and/or modify these Terms and Conditions, Users are recommended to become specifically aware of them before using the Site.

For all corresponding legal purposes, Bytelime S.A.S. establishes its special domicile at CHARCAS 2920, CABA, 1425, Argentine Republic.
